We have a limited number of home delivery slots. Please note that we cannot give an estimated delivery time as routes vary.

Once you have selected your chosen Day and Time for collection, you will then be required to pay in full using our secure payment gateway.
ARRIVE AT TRUSSELLS TO COLLECT
Arrive on the right day, within your time slot to collect your order. All you need to do is quote your WC Order Number and Surname.
NEED EXTRAS THAT YOU DIDN’T ORDER?
No problem, just grab them when you are here
FRIDGE
Put everything in the fridge. Not your garage, greenhouse or garden shed!

Below are some of the most frequently asked questions we get asked about our christmas orders.
Once your order has been placed any amendments will need to be completed by trussells. if you email shop@trussellsbutchers.co.uk or give us a call we can make the required changes.
On the day of collection, please only arrive to collect your festive feast at your chosen time slot. When you arrive, a member of staff will be ready to take your surname and address to find and assemble your order for you. Pop into store and collect your order when we call your name.
Yes you sure can – once you have completed and checked out for your Christmas order – jump back on and place an order for New Year – our collection days are the 30th and 31st.
Yes we do – we give out ‘for the chef this Christmas’ cooking guides and we will also be emailing them out to everyone who has placed an order!
